On the east side of Indianapolis, there's been a tragic train accident that has spilled toxic waste, Causing some of the residents problems. Jodi is experiencing breaks in reality, now she very much fancies herself like a Tawny Kain. When she's kidnaps a couple of creeps and is torturing them her girlfriend finds out, tries to help, makes it worse. Calamity ensues.
